About us
Logan’s Fund are a Scottish based children’s cancer charity who aim to provide anything that will give a cause for optimism or an alternative focus away from hospital and beyond the treatment they are going through for any child and their family affected by cancer. Our philosophy is to try and win back some of the childhood lost to time in hospital and do whatever it takes to give the children and families we support horizon's a sprinkling of magic dust.
Our key programmes are, firstly, Logan's Sunny Days, a respite holiday caravan situaiton on the beautiful Moray Firth. Logan's Sunny Days allows families to have fun, relax, spend quality family time together making memories in the perfect location. Always a Rainbow is our sponsorship programme allowing chidren to do the things that their illness and treamtent may be prevented them doing. Swimming lessons, learning a musical instrument, dance classes or even driving lessons for mum or dad, the programme is completely driven by those who take part and what they want to do. The programme is aimed at learning, achievement, gaining confidence, forming friendships and having fun. As with everything we do we appreciate the journey and sacrifices that parents and siblings make and the programme is open to them also. Logans Fund also provide rainbow grants which can be something to help through treatment or something to look forward to once treatment ends, we are particularly proud of the growing pack of puppies we have granted to children and their families and the joy these bring.
